This was going to be a detailed post about the recent erratic state of my blood sugars but I appear to have created a ropey budget Homes & Gardens shoot here, so after the heaviness of the world in this past week/month/year this is now just me and some art and books and flowers, which will do just fine for today – not least because the erratic blood sugars are very much guaranteed to come crashing back (if they ever leave – tbc) so let’s pick that topic up another time shall we?
